Chris and his team worked with us to make sure all of our questions were answered and they were vigilante through the entire process to make sure we were understood what was happening. Our tech Chris and his team were very knowledgeable and upfront and honest. We had bought a 23 year old house with an ac unit that was never replaced, was not properly serviced and was also too small for the size house we had. Chris was not pushy for “sales”. Once we made a decision Ann was on top of getting everything ordered right away and service for install was scheduled and completed in less than two weeks.
