We handle furnace repair for gas, oil, propane and electric furnaces from all major brands in East York homes. Common calls include a furnace that won’t start, a blower that runs but pushes cool air, a system that turns on and off over and over, and ignition, flame-sensor, blower-motor or control-board failures. A technician finds the cause first and gives you the repair price before any work begins.
Every repair visit starts with a $109 regular-hours diagnostic, waived if you approve the repair. If the heat goes out at night or on a weekend, our 24/7 emergency heating service is available (an after-hours emergency fee applies).
If your East York home heats and cools with a heat pump, we can help. We repair and replace heat pumps of all major brands, including heat pumps that blow lukewarm air in winter, outdoor units that stay iced over, systems that run constantly without reaching the set temperature, and units that trip a breaker when they start.
When a repair no longer makes sense, we give free estimates on heat pump replacement. As a Trane Comfort Specialist and Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, we install Trane heat pumps and Mitsubishi ductless heat pumps, including Hyper-Heat models rated to -13°F. Installs carry a 5-year labor warranty, and we register the manufacturer warranty for you.
